By accessing and using the Fair Shield conferencing services, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms of Service and the attached Refund Policy. Ensure that you've read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions detailed below.

2. Service Offerings

Fair Shield provides a conferencing platform with various features based on the selected pricing tier. Each tier offers specific capabilities, limits, and charges, which are outlined in the "Pricing and Payment" section.

Our services come with different pricing options:

  • Up to 3 Attendees
  • Group chat & File Sharing
  • 30 Min Limit
• Pro:
  • $10/account, billed monthly
  • 4 - 20 Attendees
  • Group chat & File Sharing
  • 100 Min of Airtime Included
  • Additional Costs: 50 EUR/Per Conference and 0.20 EUR/Minute (calculated across all attendees)
• Premium:
  • $20/account, billed monthly
  • 20+ Attendees
  • Group chat & File Sharing
  • 500 Min of Airtime Included
  • Additional Costs: 200 EUR/Per Conference and 0.20 EUR/Minute (calculated across all attendees)

All payments must be made promptly based on the selected plan. Additional charges resulting from exceeding specified limits will be billed separately.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for customers unsatisfied with our services within the first 30 days of their purchase.

• Usage discrepancies related to the number of users or conference duration must be reported within 14 days of the billing date for potential refunds.
• Add-ons are subject to the same 30-day money-back guarantee. If unsatisfied, contact our support within the initial 30 days for a full refund on the add-on's cost.
• Special promotional offers might come with unique refund terms. Always refer to the specific terms attached to any such promotion or offer.
• Misuse or violation of our terms can lead to service suspension or termination without a refund.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must ensure they adhere to the stipulated usage limits based on their pricing tier. The platform should be used ethically, respecting other users and not violating any laws or regulations.

6. Data and Privacy

We value user data and prioritize its safety. Fair Shield uses AWS for WebRTC, Kinesis, file sharing, and storage. All user data is stored and processed in compliance with prevailing data protection laws. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Compliance & Misuse

Users must refrain from any actions that may harm the integrity, performance, or security of the platform. Fair Shield reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in malicious activities.

8. Service Modifications

Fair Shield may periodically update or modify its services. While we'll strive to inform users of significant changes, it remains the user's responsibility to keep abreast of any updates.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes related to the use of Fair Shield services will first be addressed through mediation. If unresolved, matters may be escalated to a legal forum appropriate to the dispute's nature.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fair Shield, its partners, and affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees arising from misuse or violation of these terms.
